About this house rental
New house near to the beach, in Fuente del Gallo, with wi´fi and private pool and garden for 6 People. "Fuente del Gallo", few minutes away from the nearest beach. The house has a big private pool, completely fenced for the safe of the children, with 6 loungers. There is also a large porch with table and chairs and a sun umbrella. Near to it there is a barbeque with a sink. In front of the porch there is the garden with 2 pomegranate trees and a palm tree (still growing). The air condition and the wifi are other 2 details that make this house perfect, offering comfortable and quite vacations for the whole family.

Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with dish washer, wash machine, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, and all the other necessary kitchen utensils.
Living room with comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish and international programs via satellite, dining table with chairs, free internet via wifi and air condition cold/warm.
3 bedrooms: one with double bed (1,50 m) and two with 2 single bed each one.
2 bathrooms, one with bath tub and shower and other with a shower.
Larg porch with table and chairs and sun umbrella. Near to it are the barbeque and the well-kept garden.
Private pool completely fenced with 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The size of the house is 85 m² and the plot is completely walled. Inside the plot there is enough space to park at least 2 cars. The access to the house is through a big automatic sliding door.
The nearest beach is the Fuente del Gallo beach, only 500m from the house, the same distance as the nearest restaurant "El Marinero" and a small supermarket. The distance to the town of Conil is about 2 km, a nice walk through the beach with low tide.

The villa was as described and provided all the basics. The pool was great and the garden a lovely peaceful place to relax in. You need a car at this location as before June 10 there are no shops within walking distance. The beaches and cliffs are very dramatic. The bar on the cliff top has magnificent views and is very child friendly.

The villa was in a very good quiet location and within walking distance of a stunning beach with cliffs. The pool and the outdoor facilities were excellent.

Todo ha sido perfecto, la casa cumple todas las expectativas de sobra. El trato con el propietario, Juan, exquisito. Es una persona amable y dispuesto siempre a echarte una mano. Recomendada al cien por cien.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal in Folge in Fuente dem Gallo und waren schon letztes Jahr über das Casa Claudiabegeistert...die ruhige Lage...nur 9 min Fußmarsch zum Strand...das schöne Conil direkt um die Eckeam Strand 20 Minuten zu Fuß....perfekt!Dieses Jahr hatten wir das Haus direkt nebender Casa Claudia...das Casa Granados. Auch hier fanden wir wieder eine gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft vor.Die Vermieter sind dieselben wie letztes Jahr gewesenund haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Übergabe läuftflexibel und völlig unkompliziert. Der Privatpoolist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Mindestens 1x pro Wochewurde dieser auf Wasserqualität und Sauberkeitüberprüft....alles sehr diskret und entspannt.Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege nochmal ganz herzlich bei Claudia und Juan...."ihr seid tolle VermieterWir werden wiederkommen und können die Vermittlungüber Casa-Conil sehr empfehlenLiebe GrüßeFamilie Rasche
