About this house rental
Very charming semi detached house close to the beach with communal pool Casa La Selva was finished in 2020 and is a semi detached townhouse with a small garden, sea views and communal pool (Easter - mid October). On the ground floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is Smart TV (for example for Netflix) and WLAN. There is also a cloack room. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom ensuite. The two bedrooms with two individual beds face the sea and one bedrooms also has a small balcony. The terrace has an awning and a dining table and the small private garden is ideal to relax and there is a gate that is a great shortcut to the beach. The communal pool is opened from the week before easter to mid of October.

magnificas vacacionew, la casa esta equipadisima, todo nuevo, ademas tiene NETFLIX y los colchones son increiblemente comodos. Sin duda volveremos

Una casa estupenda, con mucha luz, un jardín más amplio de lo que se ve en las fotografías, con mobiliario para unos relajantes desayunos o cenas. Menaje completísimo y con gusto, una decoración cuidada y acogedora, todo ello dentro de una urbanización nueva con piscina, tranquila y asimismo bien cuidada, a unos minutos de la playa.Absolutamente recomendable.

La casa es perfecta. Amplia, muy luminosa y desde las habitaciones de arriba se ve el mar. Nos la dieron muy limpia y la entrega de llaves fue según lo acordado. Tuvieron el detalle de traernos personalmente una cafetera nesspreso nueva que pensábamos que había en la casa pero no había. Está en un extremo de la urbanización así que no se escucha ningún ruido. Las camas son cómodas. El jardín yo creo que es el más grande de toda la urbanización. El jardín tiene un acceso directo a un camino que baja a la playa entre pinos (sombra) y se llega en unos 6 minutos cómodamente, sin tener que dar toda la vuelta a la urbanización. La piscina es amplia y en junio (última semana) estaba bastante tranquila. Por lo menos durante nuestra estancia la mayoría de los vecinos eran familias, no vimos grupos de jóvenes que pudieran armar jaleo. La urbanización está muy limpia, se ven personas de mantenimiento constantemente limpiando. Nos dejaron suficientes toallas. Tiene aire acondicionado que se agradece en algunos momentos. El jardín tiene un toldo automático muy práctico. Los 3 baños tienen duchas amplias y eso para una familia es muy cómodo. Tal vez sólo haría una pequeña sugerencia a la propiedad : que ponga baldas en los armarios de las habitaciones . Por lo demás todo genial.
