Infelizmente as instruções de Check-in não estavam claras no site Booking, direcionamento para outro site com links corrompidos, além da localização do locker não ser condizente com vídeo de instruções no site.

The location of the place is perfect. It's right out of the train station and very near to a lot of bars and restaurants. The apartment was clear, even though overall it is a tired place and could use a refreshment for some basic things like blinds.
Good price for quality considering I was there during Milano Olympics.
A bit rusty, no views, no place to hang clothes, no place to dry clothes after washing.
Lost my key and the hosts first said that we have to call a technician that can cost from 200 - 500 euro because it is emergency and Friday evening, but after I paid 200 via the link they sent me, a guy showed up in 5 minutes with a spare key. My fault fully, but still weird communication.

Extra clean and tidy. The owner and staff were very helpful and on point. Comfy bed and everything at hand. Very spacious, in a nice flat.
It was quite cold. We visited in January.
The before check in process it quite complicated. It took me several days to eventualy finish completing all the information required. I believe it s through an agency or something, which is nice, but all the info required don t feel like utterly necessary

there is an elevator but you cant use it , its super hard to get to the second floor without an elevator , specially with bags and luggage , the apartment is pretty old , curtains are broken and there is no propper mirror to check ur clothes before u go out ! no late checkout ,and no luggage store service even for few hours
