De locatie, het uitzicht en het zwembad waren fantastisch. Het appartement, te bereiken via een korte trap buitenom, en faciliteiten zijn zeer goed. De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar was geweldig, zeer sympathieke man. Toen wij er waren, waren alle 3 de appartementen verhuurd toch was de rust perfect. We hebben inmiddels de interessante delen in de omgeving gezien maar voor een weekje ontspanning zou ik dit wederom boeken, jullie staan in de lijst met favorieten.
Ons is uiteindelijk niets tegengevallen zeker omdat de eigenaar op verzoek een eigen koffieapparaat voor cups beschikbaar stelde. Ik kan echter bevestigen dat de eerdere tip voor een elektrisch koffieapparaat en een waterkoker nog niet was opgevolgd. Verder zou een strijkijzer een mooie aanvulling zijn.

The villa was overall fantastic. Really comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space, comfy sofa bed, good air conditioning (it was 40 degrees outside so essential), fantastic pool and gardens, great views, close to Todi. Above our villa were 2 one bed apartments, so we really felt uncrowded and the pool area was very private.
I only have a few niggles. The kitchen was really dated, hard to light gas hob, ancient fridge and freezer, useless cutlery and not enough glasses. If it were me I'd install a new kitchen, buy lots of Ikea glasses and cutlery and then job done. The bathroom was also very dated and again, in my opinion, would benefit from replacement. If those two areas were updated then the villa would easily score 10 out of 10 as everything else was great.
