An unexpected perfect holiday!

Everything was amazing! It’s even better than the pictures. It’s super clean and modern but keeping a classic stone look house. The garden is meticulously taken care as well as every single detail of the property. But the best, it’s Massimiliano and Elisabetta: They put the cherry on top with all their advice and special attention to make your holiday a dream come true!

Stunning Italian retreat in the heart of Umbria.

The hosts Elisabetta and Max are very warm and welcoming. This is a stunning restored farmhouse in the heart of Umbria in the center of a wheat field. It’s your Italian dream come true with incredible 360 views. Amazing swimming pool and beautiful gardens just give a magical and relaxed vibe. Hard to beat!

Comfortable, clean small apartment in a great location for visiting Perugia, Todi abs the surrounding areas.

The property was gorgeous and the apartment was small and perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfasts and a towel heater in the bathroom, which was lovely to use on the cold winter days.

The weather was too cold while we were there to really get out and take advantage of the beautiful property. Next time!

Delightful stay in a clean, modern, quiet Agriturismo

Beautiful location. Very quiet. Extremely clean. Quite new. Short distance from Todi. Warm. Shower pressure excellent, as well as water temperature. WiFi works perfectly. Heated towel rack was very useful for drying clothes. Just a delightful stay.

More of a suggestion…..minor. I hesitate to mention it…. maybe get a fitted sheet for the bed (IKEA has them), so that the bottom sheet stays put.

we really enjoy out stay at the property

the property was brilliant and set in beautiful surroundings with a great pool. the apartment was spotlessly clean it was ideal for a couple. The host Elisabetta was lovely Both her and her husband were so helpful. The property was so central to places we wanted to visit by car. We would highly recommend it

Exceptional

We spent a week at this charming property, which was a perfect base for exploring Umbria. The Agriturismo, although off a main road, is very peaceful and relaxing with beautiful outdoor spaces. The property which has been renovated into modern, clean and fully air conditioned apartments still has it's farmhouse charm. The owners were very helpful, charming and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again one day soon.

Relax nella campagna umbra e vicino ai bei centri storici dell'Umbria

Appartamento molto carino, in una struttura storica e ben ristrutturata, immerso in un bel giardino, c'è anche una bella piscina, e comodi spazi esterni da godersi se la stagione lo consente. Bagno nuovo e confortevole. Consigliato!

Serve necessariamente la macchina per spostarsi e raggiungere i borghi nei dintorni. Ma tutto come previsto.

Posto magico in una terra magica

Posto magico. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Appartamento nuovo, completo di tutto e perfettamente pulito. Letto e cuscini comodissim, direi superlativii. La nostra Golden retriever è stata subito ben accetta. Il supplemento per il cane è da tenere in considerazione, ma la signora Elisabetta ha riproporzionato la spesa per il nostro breve soggiorno. Pace e relax.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Villa al Piano. Mooie rustige locatie, mooi en schoon zwembad. Veel privacy voor ons als gezin, helemaal prima. Vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. We hebben genoten, dank voor alle goede zorgen!

L’appartamento fa parte di un casolare ristrutturato immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità.È dotato di ogni confort e di una piscina ad uso comune di tutti gli appartamenti.L’appartamento è adatto,inoltre,a persone con disabilità motoria sia per quanto riguarda l’accesso (è presente un montascale lungo la scala esterna)sia per il bagno. La signora Elisabetta è molto gentile e super disponibile a risolvere possibili inconvenienti che possono sorgere.Ci siamo trovati proprio bene

La mancanza del bidet nel bagno,ma non ci sarebbe stato il posto proprio perché è stato ideato per accogliere dotazioni a pro disabilità
