Nice place, not worth the price though
The location of the house was nice, calm and a relaxing view.
The owner charged us extra after we paid for the booking and said we had to pay for the heat 12€ per day and other 50€ for the cleaning, these prices were not shown at the moment of the booking even though we paid the total amount via card which said it was the price including the taxes, we were notified by her only at the arrival even though we went twice days before to check the road and the house itself. So we had to pay about 100€ extra of what we already paid. Not to mention the road was awful and we had to drive very carefully.

Die Lage ist ein Traum - mitten auf dem Land, absolut ruhig, viel Platz, eine ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, ein großer sauberer Pool, super ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, hundefreundlich. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Schöne und gepflegte Aussenanlage, leider alte Wohnung
Sehr nette Vermieterin (Federica). Kontakt mit Wegbeschreibung erfolgte super vià Whatsapp. Check-in war sogar vorzeitig möglich. Sie überraschte uns 2 x mit selbstgemachten Speisen - sehr lecker, danke :-) Die Kinder durften die Kleintiere füttern und die Bio Eier jeweils behalten. Diese genossen wir zum Frühstück. Gepflegte Anlage mit grosser Wiese zum Spielen und Pool. Sehr gut und geschätzt, mit Patio die Schatten spenden. Die Lage ist ausserhalb von Todi, mitten in der Natur und sehr ruhig. Knapp 10 min Autofahrt bis zu den Einkaufszentren. Direkt neben der Ferienanlage gibt es ein Reitgestüt. Kostenpflichtige Ausritte sind möglich (Kinder 30 min = € 20.-). Dienstags geschlossen.
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. So fehlt es z.B. an neuwertigen Möbel und ausreichender Beleuchtung in den Schlafzimmern. Die Küche wurde modernisiert, ist allerdings sehr klein. Mit etwas Investitionen in neues Mobiliar und Renovation, wären diese Wohnungen mit dieser bereits vorhandenen und tollen Aussenanlage ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Zu beachten, dass zu den Übernachtungkosten, einmalig € 50.- Zusatzkosten für die Reinigung sowie € 2.- / pro Erw. / Nacht anfallen.
