Beautiful place with the most picturesque pool you’ll ever find

One of the most beautiful stays in Italy

We visit around seven different accommodations in Italy every summer, and over the years — out of the many places we've stayed — this one has clearly stood out as one of the most beautiful. That’s why we were delighted to return again this year. The owners take wonderful care of the property. The spacious garden is perfect for children, and the convenient parking right by the apartment, along with the option to charge an electric car, adds to the comfort. Since our last visit, several thoughtful improvements have been made, including new air conditioning in some of the rooms. The whole place has a charming, romantic feel. We especially enjoy the views from the pool, which is always spotless and — unlike some other pools in Tuscany — pleasantly free from insects or wasps. The town is also just a short drive away. In short, it’s a truly special place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Good stay

This agriturismo is surrounded with wonderful views of Umbria. We discovered a very nice little town nearby: Monte Castello di Vibio. We had dinner there, next to the smallest theatre of the world. We wouldn’t know about this place if we didn’t stayed here in this agriturismo. Also nice breakfast in the morning.

Due to covid restrictions there was no wine tasting available. Also we got assigned 2 sunbeds at the pool (actually one was a chair not a sunbed..) which we had to use for our stay and we couldn’t choose. The pool is nice but it is in the shadow in the late afternoon. For us, this place was not what we had expected. Just a place to sleep. Nothing special.

Loved our stay!

Amazing staff, helped us out with stuff they didn’t have to and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Room was very clean and bigger than we expected. Pool was big enough and clean. We had a lovely two nights at the tenuta!

Would like to give 10 + stars to this beautiful gracious residence - spacious, tasteful, comfortable, lovely office and breakfast staff who showed us the utmost respect for our privacy over our three day stay and the most beautiful vistas from every window looking over the valley and the orchards and the grounds’ garden. A golden memory of our stay.

Impeccable hidden jewel beautifully secluded on the hill on the road out of the charming close by village of Fratta Todina. In my opinion it was perfect and there was not one thing I would criticise.

Piękne położenie agroturystyki - na wzgórzu, z widokiem na dolinę. Doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do wycieczek po Umbrii i Toskanii. Sam apartament czysty, z podstawowym wyposażeniem, wygodny i przede wszystkim duży. W oknach i drzwiach balkonowych moskitiery. W biurze można kupić oliwę i wino wyprodukowane w gospodarstwie. Można również wykupić sobie śniadania. Teren bardzo zadbany. Przy basenie dużo leżaków i parasoli. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny - pozdrawiamy p. Marilię 🙂 Na parkingu jedno stanowisko do ładowania samochodów elektrycznych.

Calme, nature, magnifique Agritourisme, accueil +++

Magnifique Agritourisme avec vue panoramique. Nous avons vraiment très bien été accueilli. Nous disposions de deux chambres et une sdb. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les oranges à pressées succulentes. Pour midi, je faisais qlqs courses et nous avions demandé pour manger sur la terrasse avec vue, la propriétaire nous a mis à disposition couverts, verres, assiettes. Un parking sécurisé. Une belle piscine, transats, parasols. J insiste vraiment sur la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Je recommande l agritourisme vraiment typique de là bas et la plénitude qui y règne.

Heerlijk verblijf in Umbrië in een oud klooster, mooier wordt het niet.

Prachtige locatie en ruim appartement in een oud klooster. Mooi uitzicht over het dal van de Tevere (Tiber). We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Maria, die ons ook de wijnkelders verderop in het dorp liet zien. Mooi ingepast zwembad, rustig en schoon. We hebben ons goed vermaakt, mooie uitstapjes gemaakt naar o.a. Todi, Montepulciano, Assisi en Perugia.

un'ottima base per poter visitare l'Umbria

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la colazione, ottimi i vini e l'olio che producono , una struttura che riflette il casolare dell'800, molto bella e ben curata e pulita, abbiamo apprezzato l'area piscina tenuta a regola d'arte, la signora Marilia è gentilissima , è un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare in cui vorremmo ritornare
