About this house rental
The 100 sqm house is divided in two levels: the upper consists in entrance, livingroom with open kitchen, access to the large covered terrace. In the lower floor there are two double rooms with king size beds, each one has a separate bathroom. The bedrooms have panoramic windows over the garden and valleys.
Interiors are finely furnished, plenty of light and equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. A nice cozy swedish sauna for two/three persons is available inside the house.
Fitted with washing machine, hair drier, tv color , internet adsl wifi coverage within the whole property. Linens and towels are also included.
The livingroom is bright, with ensuite kitchen and with easy direct access to the large covered terrace, making it easy to enjoy for morning breakfasts, light daily snacks and aperitives, romantic dinners in front of a beautiful sunset over the Tiber valley...In a mid hill position with a magnificient view of the medieval town of Todi, Cascianella Holiday Villa is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere.
The panoramic swimmingpool offers comfortable sun beds and plenty of space to enjoy relaxing sessions, peaceful readings, refreshing swimming. A covered pergola fully equipped with sitting facilities provides 40 sqm of shaded area.

We have had the most perfect holiday! We feel honoured to have had the opportunity to meet Massimiliano and his family. The property pictures on the VRBO site don't do it justice.The property is spacious and very well equipped.The family live next door and we're always happy to help though we only ever saw them in passing on the drive.The pool had a great mix of furniture for the sun lovers and plenty comfortable seating areas for those that prefer the shade.Todi was a short drive away with some fabulous restaurants and cafes. We had hoped to be able to walk into town but found that it wasn't suitable after dark. But it was actually perfect coming back and sitting around the pool in the evening with the local wines.We would highly recommend a visit

The holiday home's location is incredible.
A perfect holiday for everyone, whether with a dog or children. From the pool, the facilities to the great town of Todi.
We were able to enjoy our privacy even though Massimiliano and Cristina lived in the adjacent house.

Clarification for future guests: this is essentially an in-laws' apartment attached to the owner's main house. You share gated entry to property, grill in driveway, and pool area with owners, who by and large keep to themselves (we rarely saw them).
As of this writing there is one air conditioning unit, upstairs in the living/kitchen area. The two bedrooms downstairs were stuffy in the extreme heat, so the four of us purchased fans to up the comfort factor.
Again, as of this writing, WiFi connection is actually in main house and as such is unreliable. Do not plan to use in entire apartment or stream/download.
Kitchen is adequate, but small--really only room for one person to cook. We had trouble with the oven temperature.
The host was extremely communicative, friendly and kind. They have two cats and a dog whom you may occasionally encounter outside. The outdoor space here ultimately wins the day; the pool is just lovely, perfectly maintained with minimal chemicals, and boasts a view of the Todi countryside. The patio attached to the apartment has a large table that allows for outdoor dining in full shade overlooking a yard filled with flowers, plants and olive trees, and there's a patio on the pool deck as well equipped with power and a bluetooth speaker plus chairs, table, hammock. We even watched the annual hot air balloon festival launch from a field nearby. Washing machine and dishwasher worked well, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Overall I do recommend, especially for two people who will make liberal use of the outdoors when it's not oppressively hot.

We moved to this house after 2 days in really dreadful accommodation, and the owner was really quick and helpful is sorting out our stay. The house is lovely - the photos don't fully do it justice. It's modern, clean and had every-thing we needed, with lots of small but carefully thought out touches such as candles for outside, beer in the fridge, soap and plenty of towels. Although it's adjacent to the owners house it still felt very private and we didn't notice the owners were there, although it was really helpful when we had questions. The covered outside terrace with countryside views was a real bonus; we ate most of our meals there or just enjoyed the quiet. And the pool is fantastic, with a large shaded seating area and a fridge for cold drinks. Todi is a beautiful town with lots of character, lovely to just walk round and great restaurants, and a good location for trips to Rome and Florence. We would definitely go back to this house, and would not hesitate to recommend it.
