La posizione ottima, la casa è abbastanza nuova ma con parecchi pezzi che si staccano maniglie varie che ci sono rimaste in mano. Molto pulita
Il palazzo ed anche la zona subito sotto il palazzo un disastro Lo stesso palazzo totalmente da ristrutturare.

Lokalizacja jest świetna - blisko wszystkiego co chcesz zobaczyć. Ale nie spodziewaj się zbyt wiele... Apartament w starym budynku, ciemny, wilgotny, w środku od dawna nic nie ruszane (wiadomo, Włochy...)... Bardzo mała i niewygodna, zimna (brak ogrzewania) łazienka. Byłam w lutym - brakowała kołdry a klimatyzacja w największym pokoju z kuchnią nie grzała (zakładam, że latem też nie chłodzi...). Marzłyśmy z koleżankami pod kocami (są 3 pokoje, w jednym nie ma totalnie żadnego ogrzewania, ani klimy, zimą - jak w lodówce; w drugim z kuchnią - klima nie działała, w trzecim - klima działała). Na dwie noce - do przetrwania, ale tylko tyle...
Zimno - w zimie brak działającej klimatyzacji w dużym pokoju z kuchnią, brak kołdry. Mała, zimna łazienka, brak czajnika.
