Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist gefährlich und für Kinder völlig ungeeignet. Geschirr ist nicht genügend vorhanden, alles nur 6 mal vorhanden. Damit bekommt man noch nicht mal die Spülmaschine voll. Keine Tür war abschließbar, auch die Toilette nicht. Das Lichtkonzept war schrecklich. Kein Licht über der Küchenzeile. Der Fernseher war kaputt. Die Haustür war nicht abschließbar.

Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa in questo appartamento al primo piano. Il punto di forza assoluto è il grande terrazzo: uno spazio perfetto per rilassarsi o fare colazione all'aperto, affacciato su un giardino curato in ogni minimo particolare che trasmette una pace incredibile. L'interno è un piccolo capolavoro di design e funzionalità; si vede che ogni dettaglio è stato scelto con amore. La cucina è completa di tutto, ideale per chi viaggia in famiglia e cerca la comodità di casa propria. Ma la vera 'magia' a Tropea è stata un'altra: essere a due passi dal centro avendo a disposizione un parcheggio gratuito. È un vantaggio logistico imbattibile che ci ha permesso di dimenticare l'auto per tutta la vacanza. Pulizia impeccabile e ospitalità squisita. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio!

Pros: Good location – close to the historic centre of Tropea (around 15 minutes on foot). Pleasant terrace. Situated next to hotels, which gave a sense of safety.

Cons: Unfortunately, the stay was not comfortable and did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the air conditioning – despite being set to 16°C, it was blowing lukewarm air and did not cool the apartment at all. We woke up in the morning sweating, and an E4 error was displayed on the unit. The layout of the apartment was important in our case, as we were travelling with people aged 71 and 62. Unfortunately, the listing was misleading – the photos showed two different apartments (one with a mezzanine and one without). Before arrival, we asked the owner which version we would get, but we did not receive any response. The mezzanine was extremely hot, and the fan did not help. Additionally, the ceiling height was problematic – one of the guests repeatedly hit her head on it. On the lower level, the main bedroom had a very soft mattress that noticeably sank when lying down, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The second room on this level was small, with two single beds and very limited space around them, making it impractical. There is also only one large wardrobe in the main bedroom, which is used by all guests, making storage insufficient and inconvenient Additional issues: The shower doors did not close properly. No towel hanger near the shower. Broken chest of drawers by the mirror in the main bedroom – the drawers were difficult to open and would fall out. No kettle and hairdryer at the beginning of the stay – despite the manager promise to deliver them within 30 minutes on the first day of our stay, they were only provided on the third day and after further contact. One frying pan was heavily scratched and needed replacing. Only one large pot without a lid, with residue that was difficult to clean. Due to the lack of a kettle, we initially used it to boil water for tea, and we were forced to use a plate as a lid. The safe was blocked and unusable.
