Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die zwei Bäder, die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung, insbesondere der fantastische Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer.
Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler in der Küche. Dies sollte nach Möglichkeit nachgerüstet werden, um den Komfort zu erhöhen.

Доста стари мебели, нефункционални гардероби /само закачалки/, слабо налягане на водата вечер, особено в едната баня.

L'appartement présente un agréable extérieur permettant d'apprécier la magnifique vue sur la mer et le sanctuaire Santa Maria. Il est juste à côté du centre historique et de ses commerces riches et variés. La gare centrale se trouve à une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Ibi.
Dommage que l'intérieur soit vétuste et n'offre pas le standing attendu vis à vis du prix à la nuitée. Si la climatisation est présente, l'ancienneté des boiseries ne permet pas un usage de qualité. La tuyauterie symphonique à chaque usage d'eau devient désagréable à l'audition Je doute de la conformité électrique, notamment dans la cuisine. Le disjoncteur sautant à chaque démarrage de la machine à laver en est l'exemple.
