J Luxury Home

The home was lovely and in a great location. The town centre was literally 20 footsteps away .

Key collection and check took place about a 10 minute drive away. There was no private pool, bath or fireplace as advertised. We were advised that the hot tub could not be used due to local restrictions. After the electricity cut out for a few minutes, there was no wifi available for our last 2 days. The host did respond once informed but couldn’t resolve the wifi issue.

Good location, very central old town. Clean. Convenient parking (extra cost). Beds comfortable. Good air conditioning.

The property description online was not clear &, for 4 adults we thought we had an apartment with two rooms but got one large room. Toiletries insufficient. Same with coffee and water. Kitchen and eating area really small. Taps had only hot water. Tough to brush teeth. Plastic dishes ..

Great location and modern. Great layout and beds comfortable. Parking a bonus.

Dirty bandaids left on stairs and wall.

Good location, clean room

The room description was unclear - we thought we had booked a two story apartment (like is seen in the photos even after you choose an option) with a whirlpool and were surprised to be in one room for 5 people. The owner was not very friendly / couldn’t communicate well enough - and the check in process was unnecessarily complicated: You drive to a different hotel somewhere entirely else only to have your IDs photocopied - but they still let you in remotely - or try to: it didn’t work for us, so we had to wait for the owner (who we had met at the hotel before) anyway to come and open the door. She wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t really speak.
