The apartment was in a good location. We appreciated having a clothes washer.

The bed could use an upgrade - particularly the pillows. There was an unpleasant smell in the apartment so we usually kept the windows open.

The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. There was a washing machine available at the property, which was very useful for travelling tourists. The apartment had all the amenities that you would require if you wanted to cook your own meals as well.

The washing machine was obviously a European model which we were not familiar with. The user manual we found in the cupboard, but it was written entirely in Spanish and Portuguese, and unable to use it for its instructions. We had to Google the washing machine model in order to figure out how to use it. This is the only flaw that we had with this rental, which was a minor issue all in all. The host was easy to get a hold of through direct messages, and very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

L'appartamento è in centro ed è comodo e carino. C'è tutto il necessario anche se minimale. Parcheggio non lontano gratuito. Ana molto gentile e ci ha dato buoni suggerimenti.

Metterei delle luci per illuminare la sono dove si cucina e il lavandino. Gradino fra la camera da letto e soggiorno dove se non si é attenti si può inciampare specialmente di notte.

The apartment has a plenty of advantages. It is charming, comfortable, very clean and quite spacious for two persons. Great location - in the old town, in a very quiet street, within a walking distance from everything interesting and important (not only tourist attractions, but also Evora bus station (not if you have a heavy luggage, but yes for backpackers), big supermarket Pingo Doce, different premises of Evora University etc. Wi-fi is stable. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is exactly as in photos, our expectations are completely fulfilled. Above all mentioned, we particularly like our host Ana, who is great - friendly, cooperative, responsive, tentative, helpful, caring about guests, nice and pleasant person! Thank you, Ana, for being a super-host!!! All in all, our stay at Ana's cute apartment was great and it is our pleasure to recommend Ana and this property to other travellers.

As the other guests mentioned in reviews - the stairs, being quite steep, are not very comfortable. However, not a problem for us, even I am still recovering from knee injury. Not that you are climbing and going downstairs 100 times per day. It is a bit tricky when you carry luggage, during check-in/out. For the rest of time - not a problem. Anyway, it is only about 10 steps.
