We loved this apartment. Luisa is an attentive and knowledgeable host who thinks ahead and adds thoughtful, delightful touches to a traveler's stay. She was very timely and met us right where she said she would. We had safe, free garage parking. The apartment is one flight up, which could be an issue for some, but was no problem for this 76-year-old and 62-year-old—though yes, we did leave the very large suitcase in the car. Luisa gave us a friendly rundown of how everything worked, she sent a comprehensive restaurant list, went over local attractions and left a diagram for the washer along with some detergent pods that worked really well. Luisa seems to think of everything! The place is cute and has everything you could possibly need. There's a dining table that seats six, a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, and glasses, and a nice collection of travel books. The split-unit air conditioning works really well in the summer heat. There's a washer—no dryer, but the clothes lines just outside the bedroom work even better than one. Honestly, it makes me want to start line-drying at home. Luisa left us wine, cheese, and a fabulous loaf of bread, all greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The fresh flowers and plants were a nice touch. The shower has great water pressure with hot water right away, there's some interesting artwork throughout, and everything was in perfect working order. The location is right in the thick of things—food and drink, a little grocery store, and a mobile phone repair shop we ended up using (great service there, too), all very close by. The apartment is near the Allianz office, though hopefully you won't need that, and across from a small market! You can hear some street noise now and then, but it's fleeting. We like Luisa's apartment much more than a 4 star Lisbon hotel we'd just stayed at. I highly recommend Lux!

Everything was great! No complaints!

Right from the start it was perfect. Our wonderful host met us on the outskirts of the town to lead us into the center of Evora and the car park. So kind. The accommodation was excellent. Spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything you needed. Being in the centre of the old town is a must when visiting Evora. This accommodation is perfectly located to explore the old city. A huge bonus is having a car park included. Thank you so much Luisa

The stairs could be a possible hindrance for someone who has mobility issues
