La ubicación justo en pleno centro de Évora. Esta situado en un primer piso y las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas. A pesar de estar en el centro, por la noche no había ruidos.
Menaje del hogar bastante escaso. La potencia eléctrica un poco justa (nos saltaron tres veces los fusibles cuando teníamos las dos bombas de calor puestas)

Necessita algumas melhorias de bricolage e o aquecimento portatil nao funcionava. Ar condicionados ao mesmo tempo nao funcionam, quadro vai abaixo.

Excelente localização, aquecimento e dimensão dos quartos e conforto das camas.
Alguns pontos a melhorar, zona sempre movimentada mesmo durante a noite, e os isolamentos das janelas não eram os melhores. O sofá era extremamente velho e desconfortável.
