The property has four individual rooms for rent. The shower is shared with other guests and the toilet is separate to the bathroom, both are kept in good order. Their is also a shared kitchen with modern facilities. It is a reasonably short walk into Besancon and there is a small supermarket a few minutes away from the property by walking which has everything.
There is a large garden area at the rear of the property which is a bit overgrown but speaking with the owners they’re just starting out as a rental business and the garden is one of the future projects. I have suggested to the owners to provide a pedestal style fan as it was hot when I was in Besancon.

Il est très bien situé pour visiter là ville, proche du tramway.
Autrement le logement est très propre et le propriétaire est très gentil et à l’écoute.
Le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable, il serait souhaitable de mettre directement un lit deux places.
Le parking privé n’est pas pratique et 5€ jours en plus du logement.
