Excellent location with helpful owner.

The position of the accomodation is just great. The RER station is some 200 meters far away, the same with the grocery shop. The surrounding area is calm, without extensive traffic and noise. The appartment is cozy and clean (I recommend moving the furniture around the bed from time to time). The windows lead to the yard which is calm and shaded, and was great to have a shadow area in hot summer days. The owner is very friendly and caring, ready to deal with issues (solved the problems with wi-fi). He bought me a food for the breakfast and provided me with clear instructions to the equipment.

As there are no windows on the opposite side of the appartment, it is hard to get more fresh air in, especially during hot summer days (apart from that, the yard is a little bit stinky). I think the mattresses are close to their expiry date. There is not a standard table in the kitchen so is is quite hard if more than one persons stay and eat there. If you want to prepare some food, you need to shift some equipment away from the kitchen. I would reccomend to remove all decorations and unnecessary stuff from the kitchen to increase the space.

Extremely abusive and Unstable host. Avoid like a plague. There are plenty of nice hosts in Gentilly

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

We waited for 30 minutes to get the keys. In spite of telling the check in time as 9 to 10pm the host was still cleaning the property at 915pm and took 30 minutes to finish. Coffee machine didn’t work even in his demo. Then he sent me a message at mid night on how to operate the heating himself. The bathroom shower contain doesn’t cover the shower. So he had towels folded and kept in corners to absorb the water. After checkout he became very abusive that we didn’t clear the rubbish and didn’t clean the property. Genuinely thought he would do himself as he was doing while we checked in. Had to block him on WhatsApp as his messages started becoming progressively abusive and bad, then he switched on to booking.com messages. Very derogatory very unprofessional. Unstable person.

Parfait!

L'accueil est exceptionnel, merci encore ! Logement à 4 minutes du métro et 10 minutes du tram. Parfait pour se rendre au parc des expo ou visiter la ville. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien, il ne manque rien !

Une belle surprise

Studio aménagé afin qu'on se sente bien, comme chez soi. Se situe dans une petite cour intérieure , au calme. Riad est très accueillant et soucieux de recevoir au mieux. Petit déjeuner très satisfaisant . Le RER se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres à peine, c'est très pratique.

Emplacement proche de Paris, un supermarché proche du gîte. RER proche aussi. Calme assuré. Pour un court séjour idéal. Nous étions 2, et nous avons su tout de suite nous adapter. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Literie correcte.
