Beautiful apartment & wonderful host.

Everything. The host was fantastic. She was easy to reach if I had questions or needed advice. She was so helpful and kind. I loved the stone apartment. It was like living in a well lit & well appointed wine cellar with good wifi.

This may have just been my mobile service but I struggled to get a cell signal in the stone apartment. In the lovely courtyard outside, it worked fine if I needed to make a call.

Beware of the Dogs.

The appartment is completely charming, being a long cellar beautifully converted to a living machine. A huge, comfortable bed, a seating area and dining table, neat kitchenette and good bathroom all in a generous space. In the heat of 2025, it was a wecoming cool space. Paola, my hostess gives a charming and attentive welcome, using the translative skills of her neice (Aure?). The location is a delight, just off the main street of this extraordinary medieaval town. So all the attractions are on the doorstep, but remember that Gubbio is on a hillside, so some of the alleys are steep!

This is a very difficult section for me to write. So much was so good about O Rosa Bella but the stay was marred for me by the very bad behaviour of a neighbour's dogs. The two large Alsation type dogs were barely under the control of their owner. Apart from barking aggressively every time I came or went, one of them made to attack me three times before being pulled away by the owner and on another occasion the other dog, the quieter of the two, came right up to me when I was having my lunch in the garden and stole the bread right off my plate. Additionally, I was awoken at 3.00am by their barking on one night. I realise that Paola is not in any way to blame for these animals as they are the resposibility of the neighbour, but I was so disturbed by their potential for damage that I left the property a day early. Until some accommodation has been reached concerning the dogs, I cannot recommend O Rosa Bella to those of a nervous disposition.

A welcoming host, attentive to our needs, beautiful decor, excellent location! We highly recommend

we didn't expect anything to be provided for breakfast at this property, and although the host graciously provided some items we opted to go out in the mornings.

We had everything we needed! We liked it all.

Weekend perfettto in famiglia

Monolocale veramente ben arredato, pulito e funzionale. Pensavo facesse freddo invece di notte abbiamo anche spento i termosifoni. Posizione strategica con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Eravamo con nostro figlio di 5 anni e siamo stati molto comodi.

PAOLA NUESTRO ANGEL GUARDIAN

El cariño y preocupación de Paola han sido excepcionales. Mi esposa sufrio una caida en la escalera y se golpeó muy feo los tobillos, tanto que me pidió ver un médico. Era domingo por la mañana. Llame a Paola y vino inmediatamente con su esposo y nos guiaron, ellos en su carro y nosotros en el nuestro, mas de 15 kilómetros hasta el hospital de Gubbio. Allí nos acompañó hasta que le dieron a mi esposa la orden de atención. Gracias Paola, fuiste nuestro ángel guardián.

Todo me gustó. Sin embargo puedo sugerir que pongan una baranda en la escalera que va al baño.

La struttura è perfettamente così come si vede in foto, ottima pulizia , abbastanza organizzata ,ottima posizione centro storico. Cortesia e estrema gentilezza sono di casa..😁 Ringraziamo di vero cuore per l'estrema gentilezza della proprietaria. Ritornando da quelle parti andrei sicuramente nella stessa struttura... L'abbiamo consigliata al nostro amici ai colleghi e parenti.. Umbria. Sei da Amare.,...Storia di bellezza ...di un borgo, si è lasciato nel cuore .. la voglia di ritornarci. ❣️

Una bomboniera coccolosa.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno un we per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Struttura meravigliosa, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli, tutto incantevole, nulla ma proprio nulla che non ci piacesse. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, ci hanno accolto benissimo con grande gentilezza e affetto, sembrava di essere a casa, l' atmosfera é stata molto familiare. Ci hanno dato informazioni preziose su ristoranti e percorsi. Paola sempre disponibile e sorridente. Questo we mi è sembrato di alloggiare in una bomboniera.

Paola è una persona eccezionale! Super accogliente e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. L'appartamento molto bello e pulito, è interamente con muri a pietra ma sapientemente ristrutturato e arredato, veramente MOLTO ACCOGLIENTE e caratteristico

Sinceramente niente... Se proprio devo cercare un qualcosa, consiglierei una ulteriore stufa per le giornate di freddo intenso
