In very hot days in July 2026 (36° - 37°), Serena's home was a haven of coolness, silence and peace. It was great to be able to relax in a cozy beautiful fresh home with fridge, kettle, coffee machine (moka Italian style), hot plates and even a washing machine!!! All of this at a few metres distance from Piazza 40 Martiri, the St Francis Church and the main bus stops (just outside Gubbio walls), with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Add to this Serena's amazing hospitality - she even purchased 'free coffees" for us in a nearby café, so that we could have coffee as we liked - and the beauty and nature of Gubbio and this was an almost perfect stay. Thanks Serena!

The only issues have nothing to do with the accomodation: there are works ongoing in the nearby house (but we did not spent the day at home, so it was not noisy), the days were extremely hot, and Gubbio is unfortunately not much connected by public transport to the rest of the world (few trains and buses connecting via Fossato di Vico).

La colazione non era compresa,però la proprietaria ha messo a disposizione crostatine,briosce,fette biscottate,marmellate,caffè,zucchero e anche una bottiglia di succo di frutta.

La struttura corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, pulita ed ordinata. Le padrone di casa sono super gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza. La posizione perfetta per vivere la zona antica nel miglior modo possibile 😊. Consigliatissimo!
