Nice comfy rooms and great view of the mountain. Good value for money.

Very good location to walk to Gubbio's old town - 12 minutes to the walled city. The view from the bedroom of the church on the mountain was stupendous. Close to grocery stores too.

Everything was pretty nice. Thr house is pretty big and proper for couple also family. Its really clean. We traveled in winter but the house was so warm and cosy. Barbara the host is really kind, warm and helpful.

Molto ampio e comodo. Pulitissimo ed elegante. Parcheggio comodissimo.

Ottimo appartamento per una notte nei pressi di Gubbio

Appartamento ampio, arredato molto vintage anni 70 vecchiotto ma in ordine, sottotetto ma con condizionatore per l'estate è stufe per l'inverno. Proprietari reattivi e super gentili con la mitica suocera piena di consigli che citano in tanti. Cucina attrezzata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Piano alto (credo 3/4) senza ascensore da tenere in conto per chi ha problemi. Bagno sottotetto un po' scomodo per chi è molto alto. Posizione un po' decentrata ma parcheggio gratuito semplice in zona.

Valutazione appartamento

Oltre la posizione a soli 700mt dal centro e' carina la struttura mansardata veramente accogliente Struttura molto luminosa avendo le vetrate sia sul lato cucina che camera da letto. La posizione è vicina anche alla funicolare x salire al monte ubaldo Zona tranquilla e parcheggio gratuito a vista dall'appartamento

L'unica cosa da dire è casomai in bagno una doccia anziché la vasca solo x praticità

La suocera è stata molto disponibile. molto accogliente ci ha spiegato tutto di Gubbio e c’è dato delle dritte sul paese ci ho spiegato tutto le minime dettagli e ed è stata molto carina c’ha anche lasciato le cialde del caffè e il tè. hanno lasciato pure giochi di società.

È l’ultimo piano e come già spiegato la signora a Gubbio non esistono gli ascensori avevamo due valigie e non era il massimo per le nostre schiene.

Tutto perfettto!

Tutto pulitissimo e in ordine. Bagno bene fornito di sapone, ago e filo per cucito e anche piatta per capelli. Molto funzionale anche la cucina e l’angolo soggiorno. Possibilità anche di farsi il caffè, molto gradito. La signora che ci ha accolto in struttura è stata gentilissima, ci ha raccontato tante cose di Gubbio e dei paesini vicini. Ci ha anche dato la possibilità di lasciare le valige il giorno dopo. Davvero tanto gentile!! Tutto perfetto e ottima qualità prezzo!

Un appartamento confortevole in un paese spettacolare

Organizzazione e accoglienza impeccabili. L'appartamento, dotato di tutti i confort, era spazioso e fornito di tutte le necessità per il soggiorno. La titolare ci ha mostrato tutte le particolarità e con gentilezza ci ha fornito informazioni utilissime per la visita di chicche introvabili sul web. Posto molto bello.

Purtroppo l'assenza dell'ascensore lo rende di difficile accesso a persone con difficoltà motorie. Nonostante questo è stato un soggiorno che ha soddisfatto le aspettative.

Hübsche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung gebracht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns Tipps für das Abendessen gegeben. Vielen Dank nochmal für die super Empfehlung! Kostenlose Parkplätze gab es ausreichend direkt vor dem Haus.
