First if all , I would like to thank Ms. Sara. The owner of this amazing apartment. She was so kind person , organised, helpful. From A to Z . She make me feel like my home 🏠. About the property: it is new , so nice , cosy , clean , quiet, in the heart of historic centre of Gubbio. You will find peace and joyful with the sunset. Also you will find everything you want in the apartment, from kitchen stuff to the small details. I really want to came back and I recommend to visit this place. Thx Ms.Sara

Charming location
Excellent facilities. Well laid out. Just right for 2 people. Lots of useful local info in the apartment. The notice board with emergency numbers was a professional touch. Lovely host. Free car park 10 mins or so from accom. Close to shops and local tourist spots.
It is on the second floor as per the details stated on website. No lift.

Grazioso appartamento sui tetti di Gubbio.
Appartamento molto silenzioso con splendida vista sui tetti di Gubbio. Parcheggio gratuito in via Cavarello a 5 minuti dalla struttura. L'appartamento molto pulito e con ogni tipo di comfort e di attrezzatura per cucinare e per un soggiorno anche più lungo. Letti comodi, bagno con finestrina e con tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Comodo per visitare la città e per i ristoranti in zona. Sara Jane è stata molto premurosa nel indicarci tutto ciò che serviva per il nostro soggiorno, non solo per la casa ma anche per l'intrattenimento.
Nulla, tutto perfetto. Ma per chi ha problemi di mobilità sappiate che l'appartamento si raggiunge solo con due rampe di scale e non c'è ascensore.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento situato nel pieno centro storico di Gubbio. La posizione è davvero comoda con tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Perfetto per immergersi nell’atmosfera medievale della città! L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendoci consigli preziosi su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come muoverci in zona. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i suggerimenti su ristoranti tipici meno turistici e botteghe artigiane da non perdere
