2nd Station Hostel

Staff, both Marco and his wife were amazing, very helpful and nice. Their breakfast was awesome and they were ok for me to arrive a little earlier

Location, buses there were a little painful. Buses don’t go there very often and it’s a little away from town.

De host (Marco), een echte vriendelijk man, down to earth, die altijd klaar stond voor te praten of te helpen. Bovendien stond er als extra elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt klaar.

Ik heb 1 keer wel een koude douche gehad, kan zijn dat het warm water op was doordat veel mensen tegelijk een douche namen.

This is a very special place to stay and describing it as a hostel doesn't do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, every details is thought of, comfortable and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for those who want to cook and the best kitchen space and clean cookware to do so. And as if this wasn't enough, the host Marko is The kindest, most generous hostel owner/host I've ever come across (and he makes a mean breakfast).

The hostel is a nice 1 hour walk away from Lake Bled, so if you want to be super close to the lake this may be the only drawback. But everything else more than makes up for it.

The place is spacious, clean and beautiful! The bed is also very comfortable to sleep in 👌

The only problem was bus schedule is irregular so it's best if you have a car.
