Definetelly the location of the property, easy check-in and the outdoor patio. Everything was as shown in the pictures.

Maybe hygiene? And a little more changing the towels...

The beds, it is so rare to spend the night on a normal bed nowadays in a hostel, decent amount of space for storage, tea, dishes, nice and clean bathrooms, quite and respectfull guests. The price is good.

Location is not ideal, but it is still 25 mins from city center, so it is fine. Also, a huge problem for me was the fact that the owner did not let me leave my things for several hours before my train, although, it was just a carry-on luggage. He told me to use the luggage storage near the train station, and I spent an hour on that, and they were all closed, so I had to explore the city with my luggage, that was very dissapointing.

The mattress was good and the sheets clean. The toilets clean, (there was hot water). It is in a quiet neighborhood

It's quite far from the center, but I kinda knew that already. The room didn't have AC, only a fan, which did little for the heat. The towel they gave me had some red marks on so I didn't use it. There is no reception
