At first, hard to find. Photos might help. The directions to get I. The door were good once we found the door. The pillows were not great and the mattress was uncomfortable but for what we paid it was a fair price. Despite labeling my food, some of my food went missing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who immediately offered assistance when I reported the issue that I had. He also suggested I get new clothes change that would be covered. The kitchen is well equipped and contains the essential for cooking.

On my last night, I developed numerous bites consistent with bedbugs after changing beds. Because I had to catch my flight, I had to leave before my clothes had finished washing and travel for around 10 hours with damp clothes and a potentially exposed backpack. Once home, I had to isolate my belongings and take precautions to avoid bringing bedbugs into my home. I was also disappointed with how the compensation was handled afterward: despite being told that my replacement clothes, that costed €80, would be covered, the hostel offered only a partial refund €65 that did not even cover the clothes, even less the three nights I stayed. Additionally, I was accused of "blackmail" when I said I would contact Booking.com to resolve the matter.
