Ocean Reserve 1404

Close to the beach and pool had very few people.

There was work being done on the side with the pool that didn’t impact me but I guess they need to do it when it isn’t the rain season.

This condo building is in the perfect location directly across from the beach! The beach is beautiful and easy to access walking from condo. The unit itself is spacious and clean. The management staff and cleaning crew were responsive and professional. The kitchen needs a new oven and isn’t equipped for making meals (kinda bare bones). The unit could use more furniture. There is only a 3 person couch for a space that sleeps 6/8 people. The kitchen table is huge and bathrooms/bedrooms are large with big closets. New beach chairs would be a nice addition. I would stay here again.

View and flexibility

The location was great. The apartment was spacious. The customer service was good.

The cook top did not function properly. There was not vacuum cleaner(there was a broom) ,living four days near a beach needs some cleaning for a cleaner feel. The toiletries were insufficient for a group of 5. Also, the amenities description included a washing machine which was not in the apartment but in the building complex that guests can use after payment.
