Muy buena estadía, siempre resulta muy cómodo y práctico estar en Ocean reserve, a una cuadra de la playa y en una zona bien conectada.El Servicio es bueno y siempre están atentos y responden a las consultas de manera rápida y ágil.Además tener la flexibilidad de poder hacer late check out es una ventaja enorme cuando viajas de regreso porLa noche.Volveríamos sin dudar.

The condo had everything you could want and it was steps away from the beach. The place is secure and has quite a few amenities. The family enjoyed the stay.

Great area that isn’t very touristy. Park directly across property great for young kids with splash pad.
Cleaning company responded promptly to dirty room notification but when properties charge cleaning fees and I arrive to the condo with obviously dirty furniture, cupboards, dishes and ripped bedding I not impressed. I had a family of six and it took three days to get four additional beach towels and only two were provided. I had asked about TV being repaired prior to booking and was assured it was fixed. Prior to our arrival. The television in the den and bedrooms did not connect to cable and I did notify the cleaning staff the same day.
The leather furniture in the condo was falling apart leaving flakes on your clothes where ever you sat, literally.
I wish these issues would have been addressed prior to our arrival, I was disappointed in the quality of bedding, furniture and supplies
