Comfortable but rooms need maintenance and updating.

Location was close to beach and second room was great, plenty of space for 6 people

Showers were warm, not hot. Couple of lights taped in place, plate missing off wall socket, dangerous, aircon very loud, needs general maintenance.

It was an extremely pleasant stay and fun trip that offered the relaxation needed!

I liked that it has close access to the beach . The property is well maintained!!

We had a great time and Sergio was very easy to work with.

The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided (including beach chairs and sand toys). We used the pool a lot and it was well-maintained.

The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and the beds could be upgraded.

It was spacious the balcony overlooking the pool I can watch the kids play

There were several things I didn't like. for one there English was not very fluent. I did not understand some things they were saying & They didn't understand some things I would say to them. The parking is very far away I was the very last floor at the top of the parking lot. The bathroom shower and toilet where rusted out I took a towel to try to wipe all some rust I didn't stain any my swimsuit or other clothing they probably need a little updating in they bathrooms. I found dirty dishes in the cabinets. ITS NOT A BEACHFRONT property as listed , your on the other side of the street, you have to cross a very busy streets to get the "public access" beach front. I feel like it was false advertised

No tiene servicio de limpieza y recambio de toallas. El único repasador en la cocina era impresentable. Antes de contratar nada decía de que no se podía utilizar el balcón por obras en el edificio. La calefacción nunca funcionó, el equipo de aire perdía agua al arrancar. La bacha de la cocina no desagotaba. El baño no tenia toalleros.

La proximité de l’aéroport et de la plage. Le condo était propre et les draps très confortables.

Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette, une des douches coulait au plafond (probablement un tuyau défectueux) et un des lits était très bruyant. L’équipement de la cuisine est plutôt minimaliste.

Very spacious but not much atmosphere in this appartment

La pasamos muy bien.

El departamento muy amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Buen parking. Excelente personal de recepción. Piscina agradable.

Era un primer piso y tal vez no tenía una vista demasiado interesante.

Agradable pero deficiente por parte de quienes nos hicieron el arriendo

La ubicación y las instalaciones como piscina

Éramos 7 personas y no había servicio de comida para 7 personas tuvimos que comprar tenedor y cuchillo plástico para comer todos juntos, no habían vasos (solo 3 y 2 eran como reciclados de mermelada o algo así). Habían toallas para 5 personas y no las 7 que reservamos. En general es una instalación que no les interesa hacer mantenimiento y las camas están dañadas. No tienen almohadas suficientes.
