1. my little ones bedroom had a door that led directly to the main hallway....it was accessible from the hall and he was able to get out of his room from inside we were not told of this....so he had to sleep with my husband or I every night ( not much of a Vacay) we contacted the host but was told not to touch the lock....this made us very uncomfortable....also his bedroom door to the unit only locked from out his room??? Very odd. 2. We were not told there was construction outside our unit ... scaffolding was our view from the windows that we kept closed....the balcony was full of powdery dust from construction...3. we were told by the lobby we HAD to use valet parking for 2 days! This was not true...and they damaged our property...4. it was supposed to be a GATED community...nope all gates doors were unlocked all day a night...5. our unit was right next to the exit to the parking garage literally 5 ft from our door which made it really uneasy for our son to have his door how he did ..but also it slammed all night long... between the sons bedroom and that outside door which never locked we have 4 days of no sleep on our trip..... when anything was brought up with the host it was met with what seems like disgust and was quickly dismissed.. this was a nightmare stay....this unit was grossly over exaggerated.... we're more exhausted than when we got here. If we could we would have left the first night.i will not try contacting the host as we stressed out issues before and were dismissed with short replies

Convenient because of the location.

The Location

The furniture in the bedrooms is outdated and broken. The mattresses sink and are not fit for sleep. Kitchen appliances are dangerous to use. The third bedroom is exposed to the noise of the neighboring tenants throughout the night. As religious people we asked to extend the stay by a few hours and the host charged us for a whole night 200.

It doesn’t have good isolation, so we can hear everything happening outside the appartment, and unfortunately somebody was reparing something, so each day they make a lot of noise. And the workers talk loud.

Great stay but with a few points

Exceptionally clean and a large sized condo with 3 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a washing machine and dryer. White tiled floors, comfortable beds and a water/ice dispenser built into the fridge. Bathroom and beach/pool towels are provided. Excellent location for the beach and for local amenities including a Shul. Public transport right outside the condo building and on Collins Ave. The outdoor pool is big and there were plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. There are also free cabanas you can use around the outer rim of the pool area . One outside working pool shower. There is a mini market on site in the building as well as a hairdresser shop and coffee place. The multi-storey parking included, is next door to the condo building and was accessible directly from the first floor, just a few steps from this condo, which was very useful . However the space provided is literally the very last/furthest spot from the exit/entrance on the open exposed top floor of the car park, so in the heat of August, the car was roasting!

Short of a few basics for when you first check in.. e.g. bottle of water. Also this condo is on the first floor at the end of a corridor right above the loading bay for the commercial garbage. The building uses a rubbish chute system for all floors so we were woken/disturbed regularly by upper floors dropping their trash through the chute as well as the service staff moving these bins in the mornings prior to collection etc.. We would recommend ear plugs if you are light sleepers! The building itself is getting on in age now, but the indoor public areas are looked after and maintained. However the pool area is probably due an overhaul soon and could be better modernised.

It is a nice apartment, but overpriced for the condition it’s in.

The area, Sunny Isles, was lovely. Although the description of Beachfront was misleading since the building is across the road and not on the beach side.

The free, assigned parking space is very difficult to maneuver, therefore we had to use valet parking and pay daily. The apartment needs some adjustments: the heating did not work, the faucets are loose, there was little to no hot water for showers in the mornings.

El lavarropas y seca ropa no funcionan. En la descripción no lo avisan, pero no se puede usar En la recepción del lugar nos indicaron q está prohibido usar en la habitación y q el dueño lo sabe. La cama cucheta se mueve mucho. No se q tan estable se encuentre

Correct, mais aménagement à minima, mais trop loin de South beach. (45mn à 1h aux heures de pointe)

Matelas hors d’âge. Ce n’est pas normal d’avoir des matelas si mous. La salon résonne car spacieux et peu de meuble. Un second canapé ou des fauteuils auraient été bien.
