The location was very good, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The building itself is nice and convenient.
Our car was registered with the building, but it was towed after we accidentally parked in the wrong area. By mistake, we parked in Building 143 B instead of our assigned Building C (143 C). We paid a towing fee of $172.60 and have the receipt available. This situation was very stressful, and we believe clearer parking instructions would help guests avoid such misunderstandings. We kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and possible reimbursement or compensation.
