The Grange

This complex of 6 properties is in a quiet but accessible location. Beautiful scenery and great facilities. We were in the large house for a family gathering. The grange has 7 bedrooms with own bathrooms and is both spacious and well equipped. The games rooms were an added bonus as was pub - 20 min walk along quiet road. Reasonably good sound insulation between floors so those that wanted to could lie in. Great communication.

Not all rooms have walk in showers which led to some jostling! Can sometimes hear planes at night if have windows open. House is a bit tired in places with some minor repairs needed.

It was very well equipped, spacious & relaxing .Bonus facilities like all the bedrooms being en suite, the communal games room& basement pool table & dart board were very much appreciated by all ages in our party.

Outside picnic tables would have been nice placed together so all the party could sit together. The fire doors were sometimes a nuisance & slammed shut noisily.
