The location is amazing , so close to the sea front

It is quite small but it’s all you need for a few days

The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach and supermarket, restaurants, old town. Easy 15 min walk from the Nice Ville train station. Great air conditioning.

Just a couple of very minor things. Cooking utensils like tongs and a spatula or turner supplied and a sign indicating the handle to work the outside blind or include in the room information. Was tricky to find as no signage at the entrance.

Great location near the beach and promenade, lots of good restaurants nearby. Felt safe and the room was pretty comfortable.

The shower was very small with no shelf for toiletries which made bending down to the floor to reach things difficult.

Great location. Overall, good value for the price. Comfortable bed. Malika was friendly and easy to communicate with.

The apartment already looks a bit tired. We had an issue with the shower - when we checked in, the metal protective hose was no longer securely attached to the shower head. While it was simply resting in the holder, the shower head fell out, which ultimately caused the shower to break. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo when we first arrived - that was my mistake. But since the owner cleaned the apartment before our arrival, in theory, she should have noticed it. One more small thing - there was a bit of miscommunication regarding check-in. We arrived a bit earlier, and I had already received a message with the check-in details, but it turned out that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet.
