Great location and we felt safe. Carrefour right around the corner! And a 15-20 min walk to Old Town.
The beds need to be replaced. Sagging with dips in mattresses and unsupportive.
Small ants in the bathroom. Only one small roll of paper towels was provided. And stingy with the toilet paper.

This apartment was a wonderful find in a super location! It was great for a couple but would have easily accommodated an additional couple. Spacious, spotlessly-clean, 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and loads of closet space, 2 full baths plus a half bath, a large, well-equipped kitchen, a roomy living area, and a balcony with a view of the Med--this place gets 5 stars from us. My wife and I spent 4 happy days here and hated to leave for a 4-night stay in Paris. We've stayed at Airbnbs around the world but this unit on booking.com was comparable to the best of our prior stays. Thanks also to our host, David, for providing clear, accurate directions and information and always being available for any questions, but never intrusive. We definitely hope to return.

Great Location and complete facilities to enjoy a holiday at nice. All the office managing reservation was very helpful and on time with inputs.
