Good place for an overnight rest stop

Close enough proximity to Kayseri Airport. Ability to readily get driver to Cappadocia

There was a loud party of people carrying on until the wee hours of the morning - so a little difficult to sleep - even with earplugs.

Worse stay I have had in my life

The room was very badly maintained. Stains on the bed. Chipped door frames. Gaps in the bed frame. Weird smell in the room. Holes on the bed cover. All of the doors to the rooms looked like they had been dented with a knife or some object similar to a knife.

The bathroom was not clean, there were somebody else’s hair in the floor when it was supposed to be clean.

We had a very unsettling experience during our stay. At 2am, another guest was able to unlock and enter our room with a key. They turned on the lights, opened the curtains and window, and only ran out when we woke up in shock. Reception later confirmed this on CCTV and said the guest was drunk and from another floor. Regardless, this should never have been possible — no other guest should be able to open our door. We left feeling unsafe in what should have been a secure environment. On top of this, the pool was out of service. We contacted management afterwards and received no response. We cannot recommend this hotel given the serious security breach and lack of accountability.

The breakfast was very good however rooms are not comfortable.

They have a cooperative staff and they helped me to pick me up from the airport with the rent of 200 Turkish lire.

Very noisy room because it had poor windows and I could not sleep well. The beds were also not comfortable. The toilets do not have Muslim Showers.

schande dat dit onveilig hotel wordt aangeboden door booking

Alles stonk naar sigaretten, zelfs het hotel personeel rookt binnen. Babybed dat ze aanboden was zo vies dat zelfs een hond niet erin zou slapen. Elk dag super luide muziek tot in de morgend in een soort van discotheek waarbij je vreemde figuren tegenkomt die niet in het hotel verblijven en iedereen rookt er. Brandonveilig hotel absoluut niet aan te raden. De foto’s zijn misleidend. Alles was smerig en vies. Het personeel bekijkt de vrouwen die er binnenkomen alsof ze nog nooit een vrouw gezien hebben. Wa hadden geboekt voor 7 dagen maar verlieten het al na 2 dagen. Ons geld zijn we kwijt en hebben extra kosten gemaakt om een ander hotel te boeken.

Má experiência.

Em primeiro lugar, tenho que deixar claro que só passei uma noite. Eu tinha visto alguns comentários no booking, mas como era para passar só uma noite, preferi arriscar. Bom em relação ao banheiro ( casa de banho) é realmente muito pequeno e o vaso sanitário é dentro do espaço do box onde tomamos banho. Isso é um pouco incomum. Mas o que mais me incomodou foi o cheiro de fumo o tempo todo dentro do quarto que eu não sei de onde vinha. Não sei se é do fato de eles colocarem umas latas com brasas para aquecer do frio e nos estávamos justamente no primeiro andar. Portanto, o que para mim foi imperdoável foi este cheiro a fumo dentro do quarto. Também em comparação a hotéis em Goreme na Capadócia, que era o nosso destino, o valor do hotel acabou sendo desproporcional.

J’étais dans cet hôtel il y a 2 ans et le restaurant a été transformé en sorte de boîte de nuit ou bordel on ne sait pas trop où vous entendez de la musique jusqu’à 4h du matin, on entendait les basses de la musique malgré qu’on était au 2e étage et le son venant du 7e étage. Ceci n’est pas précisé sur la description de l’hôtel. Et le petit déjeuner a beaucoup perdu en goût et qualité. Je déconseille fortement pour les familles. Personnellement je n’ai pas pu dormir jusqu’à 4h du matin !!!

Номер и постельное белье были чистыми. Сигаретами не пахло. Шума не заметили, так как отель был почти весь пустой. Но рядом шумное шоссе. Поэтому окно не отрывали. Система кондиционирования задувала воздух, но не охлаждала его. Ночь была прохладная, поэтому для нас это не стало проблемой. Как будет в жару, не могу сказать. Завтрак был хороший.

У меня был забронирован номер suite, то есть номер с двумя комнатами большой площади. Вместо него нам дали меньший номер с одной комнатой. Я был сильно уставший с дороги и не хотелось спорить с сотрудниками из-за номера. Утром я увидел, что номер с двумя комнатами стоял пустой на моем же этаже. Остался неприятный осадок.

Geweldig verblijf waar de service en prijs-kwaliteit verhouding je terug zullen laten komen.

De medewerkers, van de receptie tot schoonmakers zijn heel verwelkomend, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is top! Voor weinig geld krijg je uitstekende service. Voor mij sprong de kwaliteit van de (gratis) Wi-Fi erbovenuit. Verder is de ligging ideaal. Er zijn genoeg restaurants etc in de buurt en forum kayseri is heel dichtbij. De kamer zelf was brandschoon en je kon gebruikmaken van gratis water, thee, koffie, shampoo, douchegel etc.
