The cottage was spotlessly clean . Location was great , 15mins from jungle NI , 15mins from splash & 15 mins from Railway karting . The kids loved the games room, hot tub & candyfloss the donkey .

Games room and hot tub topped this place off . The kitchen is well equiped. Beds comfy, place is very clean. We will deffos be back for another night in the future .

Only thing i can say is the shower isnt great- water pressure is very low - understand this isnt a quick fix.

This property had everything you could want. It’s clean, spacious and so much to do the games room and hot tub were such a hit

We had a lovely 2-night stay. The location is fantastic -- right next to Lough Neagh. The surroundings are very picturesque and peaceful, we were greeted by some friendly cows next door (behind a fence) and CandyFloss (the lovable donkey of the owners) on arrival. The cottage was pristine and very welcoming. The playroom was a hit with the kids. We had a very cosy stay and would love to be able to visit again in the future. Thank you!
All was great and the cottage was very well equipped. If anything maybe a step would be useful for young kids at the kitchen sink, although it was not too high for our youngest. Another small thing I would have liked is probably less air freshener as that was a bit too strong for me, but this is really minor -- we had a lovely time!
