Die Lage des Apartments in der Stadt ist super. An sich hat man eine schöne kleine Wohnung in der Stadt, nur sollte der Vermieter einige Sachen mehr in Schuss halten. Der Vermieter hat sich per Mail immer fix gemeldet, nur diese Art von unpersönlichem Ablauf ist, menschlich gesehen, eher unglücklich ...
Das Mobiliar war etwas in die Jahre gekommen: z.B. war die Klobrille wackelig angebracht = somit kaputt.
Das Lattenrost des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer war am Fußende vollig marode. Auf jeden Fall gibt es da noch Instandhaltungsbedarf, zumal der Aufenthalt dort auch nicht ganz so günstig ist. Da kann man sowas eigentlich erwarten, oder?

La pequeña piscina estuvo bien con la calor que hacía
La alfombra del baño hay que cambiarla estaba llena de moho. La cama un poco pequeña y el sofa poco confortable

Wyposażenie niskiej jakości i mocno zniszczone, wymaga wymiany (chwiejący się stół z bardzo zniszczonym blatem, który wygląda jak brudny; komoda z odpadającymi nogami i szufladami, które trudno otworzyć; brak zamykanej deski sedesowej, więc nie można było zamknąć toalety podczas spłukiwania wody, a ta część deski, która była, ruszała się, nie była przymocowana; brak bidetu, który był w ofercie; brak ręczników na basen)
