Estiloso apartamento en el centro de Alicante

The property is as advertised and was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The small welcome basket with snacks and wine was a lovely addition. There is a decent supermarket and a lovely bakery a couple of minutes walk away. Luceros Tram station and the train station are both just a few minutes away.

It would have been helpful to have a folder with information about the facilities and appliances perhaps but we managed to work things out - apart from the cooker but that was no big deal as we mostly ate out. The cleaner let us leave our bags until check-in time and provided us with keys but didn’t show us around the apartment or explain how anything worked, hence the suggestion about a folder. However, this is a small thing and we really had a very lovely stay.

The apartment has everything for comfortable stay, also it's very nicely decorated. We visited a lot of places on foot, but also it's close to tram station Luceros. Mercadona is also close by, so we could buy local products and cook. We have found beach towels in the apartment, which was very convenient. Special thanks for the nice present on arrival - a bottle of wine and snacks. Moises was very helpful with tips on local places.

Location was great, and facilities were top notch.

This is a very comfortable and well-designed apartment with two separate bedrooms and two completely independent bathrooms, which made our stay especially pleasant. It is clearly recently renovated, and the photos accurately reflect the apartment in real life. The renovation was done using high-quality materials, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment has everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet Luceros Square is only a pleasant five-minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner, and there is a large Mercadona supermarket only a few hundred meters away, so everything is within easy reach. Check-in was flexible, and we received the keys in person from the property manager, who was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information. Overall, everything was perfect.

Perhaps a lock or latch on the door leading to the small inner courtyard could be added, although this might just be unnecessary concern on my part.
