Os quartos ficam localizados no piso superior e o banheiro no piso térreo, próximos a sala e cozinha. A escada de acesso ao piso superior é desconfortável porque a inclinação dela era maior que os padrões normais com degraus mais estreitos, exigindo maior cuidado ao subir/descer.
