Nice cabin immerse in nature

Immerse in nature without light pollution we were able to see the northern lights from just outside the property. The owner also made sure the road was clean for both our arrival and departure

Unwelcoming, uncomfortable and overpriced – not a place I would return to.

The only positive was eventually managing to find the cabin – although it took effort due to unclear directions and snowfall. The surrounding nature was peaceful, but that’s sadly where the positives end.

The cabin was cold and hard to locate. It felt more like a forgotten hunting shelter than a proper guest accommodation. The beds weren’t made, and the space wasn’t clean. No breakfast was offered, and overall the experience was disappointing – especially for the price paid. I was glad to leave the next morning.

Great cottage and sauna with a lot of privacy

- Location: remote, a lot of privacy, yet walking distance to the town centre with multiple supermarkets and restaurants . - Sauna: traditional wood-burning sauna with terrace to cool down and a lot of privacy. Having to walk 100 meters to the sauna makes it even more adventurous:)

We were missing hooks near the enterance to hang coats. The cottage is large ( 3bedrooms), ideally located, sheets/towels included and has private free sauna. For such inexpensive price you cannot expect 5 stars hotel standards, such as high quality things and spotless cleanliness. Keeping this in mind you will have a perfect stay.

Lovely place!

We had a beautiful time at the cabin, which is a traditional, nordic style cottage in the middle of the nature while very close to the town. Unfortunately we arrived and left with the dark so we couldn't fully enjoy the view, but on the other hand we could admire the stunning northern lights :-D

There's a lot to list in here, I'll only point out three things: 1. Attention to detail. The owners clearly understand, what people search for, when booking a place like this. It's the cute little things, that make this place stand out. 2. Solitude. Provided you're fed up with the big city you left behind, this is the place to be. 3. Location. Especially if you're into hiking: the next-door Reisa Nasjonal Park is a little paradise for hikers.

A real dream come true. A quiet place, not a single noise in the night. A cosy cabin, with good kitchen equipment, very comfortable, fantastic views on the river and surrounding mountains. Sauna is available and pretty pretty convenient. And on top of that, Northern Lights visible right at the door! Simply magic!

Only one thing missing : an hairdryer. The rest was just PERFECT 🙂

Mooie locatie aan de rivier

Het is een hele mooie en rustige ongeving. Er zijn wel geluiden uit de stad, maar daar heb je geen last van en je zit volledig prive in de cabin. Bij helder weer kan je fantastische foto's maken van het noorderlicht. Bedden liggen prima. De check-in instructie is duidelijk en contact met eigenaar verloopt goed.

De kookplaat en de bank waren niet helemaal schoon. Op de afbeeldingen is een tv te zien, 2 bankstellen en een meubel in de gang, deze zijn niet aanwezig. De bankstellen zijn vervangen. Je mist het niet tijdens je verblijf, komt alleen niet overeen met de foto's.

CHALET EN PLEINE NATURE - TOP

Chalet exceptionnel, au calme et très bien situé en pleine nature et près de la rivière. De très beaux espaces confortables et nous avons adoré la décoration ! Très belle terrasse (non utilisé au cause du temps très pluvieux !!) Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le sauna qui se trouve à quelques pas du chalet. Très bon qualité/prix. Le +: garer sa moto près du chalet.

Bis auf die Lage absolut enttäuschend und mit vielen Mängeln behaftet.

Die ruhige Lage am Fluss, aber dennoch nah am Ortszentrum ist bemerkenswert. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist der Blick aus der separat liegenden Sauna am Wasser. Auch ideal für Nordlichtbeobachtung. Das wars auch schon an Pluspunkten.

Die Jagdhütte war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die von anderen Urlaubern vor Jahren beanstandeten Mängel waren immer noch vorhanden: Durchgelegene Betten, defekte Außentür, primitiv geflicktes Duschgestänge, Waschbecken das extrem wackelte, offene Stromkabel im Bad, verdreckter siffiger Backofen der eh keine 100 Grad erreichte, keine Kochdeckel, versiffte Filter der Klimaheizung, überall Dreck in Ecken. Im engen Bad fehlte die untere Abdeckung der Duschtrasse, eine scharfe offene Kante verursachte eine Platzwunde am Fuss!!! Kein Winterstreu für die spiegelglatte Zuwegung vorm Haus. Der versprochene Fernseher fehlte. Wer tote Tiere als Deko mag, ist hier richtig.
