    The location was perfect for us, near the cable car, and most of the attractions, including night markets. You can see fireworks at night also. The staff are friendly and willing to help. You can rent motorbikes and buggy from the hotel. But, should you have any accidents, expect it to be expensive for repairs. The hotel is clean enough, but not quite spacious. The water is always hot even if we adjust, making it difficult to shower, especially in the daytime. Plus, the town itself is more expensive than the other places in Vietnam. But, still affordable.

    place was great but sadly we didn’t get room with balcony but based on the room I booked, it was actually room with balcony. Luckily we still get the view for fireworks. There’s a laundry services which was great but there’s no iron in the room. Staff were friendly but get ready as they mostly use translations from their phone to communicate with you. heheh

    Overall, our stay was okay, but I would not choose this hotel again. The main reason we chose this hotel was the balcony view of the fireworks. The hotel is located in front of the Colosseum-inspired area, so we thought it would be a great experience to watch and take photos of the fireworks directly from our balcony. I had actually read a previous review from someone who experienced the same issue: their balcony view was blocked by trees despite paying extra for the room. Unfortunately, this also happened to us. We were assigned a room on the second floor, and the view was not what we had hoped for. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback into consideration. If a room is advertised as having a balcony with a fireworks view, guests should have a clear understanding of what they are paying for. We understand that room assignments may be subject to availability, but it feels unfair to pay the same rate as guests on higher floors without receiving the view that was a major reason for booking. If an unobstructed fireworks view cannot be guaranteed, this should be clearly stated in the room description, and the pricing should reflect the difference. This would help guests set realistic expectations before booking. On the positive side, the location is excellent and very convenient. The cable car station is directly across the hotel, and Starbucks is right in front. There is also a convenience store beside the hotel where we bought refrigerator magnet souvenirs at very affordable prices. The clock tower, Apollo Café, and Sunset Bazaar are also nearby. Electric bikes are also available for rent, making it easy to explore the area. However, cleanliness needs improvement. Our room was dusty, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the towels were dirty. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. The room also had air-conditioning, although it was quite noisy, as well as a kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries. A full-length mirror would have been a useful addition.
