    The location was perfect for us, near the cable car, and most of the attractions, including night markets. You can see fireworks at night also. The staff are friendly and willing to help. You can rent motorbikes and buggy from the hotel. But, should you have any accidents, expect it to be expensive for repairs. The hotel is clean enough, but not quite spacious. The water is always hot even if we adjust, making it difficult to shower, especially in the daytime. Plus, the town itself is more expensive than the other places in Vietnam. But, still affordable.

    place was great but sadly we didn’t get room with balcony but based on the room I booked, it was actually room with balcony. Luckily we still get the view for fireworks. There’s a laundry services which was great but there’s no iron in the room. Staff were friendly but get ready as they mostly use translations from their phone to communicate with you. heheh

    The location is impeccable, right in front of cable car entrance. Fireworks can be seen inside of hotel windows every day. The sunset view is beautiful too. The hotel itself can improve a bit. When we were there, the water pipes seemed to have some problems, while they were fixing the issue, water came out of our faucets were muddy for a few hours. The bedding smelled fine, but appeared to have a bit of stains. On the bright side, they got elevator , which is very nice to my elderly mother’s knees. Staffs do not understand English, so translation app is a must. Consider it’s Phu Quoc island, I guess one cannot ask too much. If I were to visit the island again, I would consider booking here again, though I don’t think I will want to have a second trip to phu quoc.
