About this house rental
Welcome to Londonderry Links, a modern and stylish three bedroom, two and a half bath home nestled in the breathtaking landscapes of Londonderry, Vermont. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway in a serene setting, or an active vacation, this place has everything: a three-hole golf course; a swimming pond with a sandy beach (and stocked with rainbow trout); two miles of hiking and snowshoeing trails; a sledding hill; a large playing field; a firepit; and all of this is private.
Everything is provided: golf clubs and floating golf balls; fishing rods and lures; food for the kids to feed the fish; snowshoes and sleds; rowboats; and firewood. And of course, an axe if you want to cut your own firewood or even do some logging.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the house. The open floor plan is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, and the high ceilings and large windows provide plenty of natural light, making the space feel airy and spacious. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. And there is a gas grill on the deck for barbecuing. Whether you're cooking a gourmet dinner or just need to make a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. And when it's time to sit down and enjoy your meal, the dining area has a large table with plenty of seating for everyone.
The home is near Stratton, Bromley, and Magic Mountains for skiing, and Lake Lowell for more hiking. Stratton also has three nine-hole golf courses, and Fox Run in Ludlow is a beautiful course. In the warmer months, Bromley has a “Fun Zone” for the kids with alpine sleds, zip lines, mountain biking and miniature golf. And there are plenty of great restaurants in the area.
After a day of outdoor activities, kick back and relax in the living room or the spacious deck overlooking the pond. The gas fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for a cozy night in, and the smart TV with voice activated Comcast cable and high-speed internet allows you to stay connected and entertained. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll love the comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. Well equipped (including awesome grill on the deck), clean, and quiet place with a small pond and a golf course. Everything we needed was there. Place is right of the road with ample parking and easy to get in and get out. It is close to the town and main hiking place. The host was quick to respond. We truly enjoyed the place and I only regret that we didn't stay there longer. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there if we are in the area again.

Beautifully maintained updated home and exterior property. Communication before and during our trip was excellant. If we are staying in southern VT again, we would definitely rebook.

Property and house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pond is loaded with catfish to catch and release.

Lovely home on a beautiful and sprawling property. I was super impressed with how clean and nice the kitchen was. It had all of the basic utensils, pans and dishes. The home overall was in very good shape and very clean. The outside deck was nice - with a great view over the property and pond. We also enjoyed exploring the area - including the local farmers market. Overall great place and I would stay there again!
