Charmingly decorated to reflect past and present, This woodland cabin on 18 private acres and 5 mins to town. Has 3 log bedrooms and 2 period style baths w/Jacuzzi! This has a spacious country style living room offering amazing views, has a wood stove with glass front to enjoy a dancing fire. An extremely well stocked cook's kitchen will make any gourmet smile. The 9' long dining table looks out over flowering gardens and blueberry patches in summer or snow-covered meadows in winter.
The view offers glimpses of the Green Mountains from each room making this little cottage a great place to escape the concrete jungle and enjoy some quiet time. The newly added king bedroom offers sweeping views of distant mountains and open rolling lawn for playing croquet & badminton or simply rock on the deck enjoying the quiet, interrupted only by hummingbirds & butterflies.

We had a great stay at Just an Incredible Vermont Mountain Retreat. We wanted to ski Stratton and Okemo and the home was conveniently situated between both mountains. Located down a very long driveway well off the main road, the house is lovely, well-maintained and quintessentially Vermont. We enjoyed the brand-new hot tub every day which overlooks the expansive lawn and from where we could enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well-stocked and beds are comfortable. It was also fun to go through the house and notice the homey touches and the decor and antiques. John is a very responsive host and checked in with me quite a few times to make sure all was good. We would definitely stay here again for our next ski vacation in beautiful Vermont!

Great cozy place. Place is very private and gorgeous. Hiked down to the stream which was great. Just inside the door you are welcomed with some personal touches. Would definitely stay again.
