The Space:
Upon entering the lower level, you’ll step into a spacious foyer with stone flooring, perfect for storing coats, boots, and ski gear. Two comfortable bedrooms are located here—one with twin beds and the other with a queen. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. This floor also features a private office, perfect for remote work, and a full bathroom with all essential toiletries. For ultimate relaxation, a sauna awaits, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Climb the stairs to the sun-filled second floor, where vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the space with natural light. The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, from pots and pans to spices and oils. The dining area seats six comfortably, and four bar stools at the kitchen counter add extra space for casual meals. The cozy living area, warmed by a wood stove, is perfect for relaxing, and the smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more.
Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the wrap-around deck, where Adirondack chairs invite you to take in the peaceful surroundings. On cooler nights, head around to the fire pit for a quiet evening under the stars. Firewood is supplied for both the wood stove and fire pit, so you're all set for a cozy Vermont experience.
There is a mini split for cooling the in the living room only.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

We had a wonderful time at the property—it’s beautifully maintained, and the sauna was a fantastic addition. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.However, there are two things to note: The house would benefit from having a snow shovel, as we experienced some rough weather, and it was the first time we’ve rented a home where we had to bring our own shovel and salt. Additionally, having garbage bins available for waste collection would be really helpful.
