About this house rental
Cozy, chalet style house. Perfect for family! Quiet area with great outdoor space. It is located on approximately 3 acres in South Londonderry. Less than 3 minutes from Magic Mountain Ski Resort and less than 15 minutes to Bromley Mountain. Also central to Stratton Mountain, Viking Nordic Center, and Manchester Center. The wrap around deck, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom offer stunning views of Magic Mountain.
Endless options for skiing in the winter or nearby hiking trails and lakes for summer swimming and kayaking.
About the house:
The first floor offers a large, open living space with a beautiful fireplace, seating for many, and a futon for additional sleeping options. The TV is equipped with a Fire stick. Various board games, books, and puzzles provided. A half bath rounds out the downstairs.
The second floor features the main living space with another beautiful stone fireplace and access to the wrap around deck which has a hot tub, rocking chairs, and a grill. From the deck you can see the mountain views and enter the spacious, fully fenced in side yard. Perfect for kids to play!
From the living room, step down into the fully equipped kitchen with ample seating. The second floor also includes 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms both with showers - one large tub, and one small.
Linens and towels are provided, but we do have a laundry room on the second floor as well - a great bonus for those longer stays!
*Please note we do not allow parties and expect guests to be respectful of our neighbors*
Please also note that there is a staircase to get to the main living area. Due to additions over the years, once in the main living area, there are three steps down to the kitchen, and then one more step down to bedrooms.

A warm house that can take care of family and friends. The sky view in the Spa is as great as the view on the ski station. The host was very responsive as well.

Our family had the best time staying here. The home was spacious and gave our two young children plenty of room to roam and explore. It was also close enough to the main road where everything was accessible but also isolated enough where you feel like you're getting away. Erin was great about answering any questions and making sure our stay was comfortable. We'd definitely return here!

Everything was awesome except the windows. The window in the bunkroom would only open about 2 inches and with 4 teenagers staying in there it got pretty hot. We put the box fan that was in a closet in there for them to at least get the air moving around. Also one of the two kitchen windows didn't have a screen so we couldn't open it. The living room also was missing screens from two of the three windows. Just something to note as there isn't A/C. Besides that the hot tub was great, beds and sheets were comfy, and the location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and state parks in the area.
