Welcome to the cottage - a thoughtfully restored bohemian bungalow on the shores of Lake Simcoe, one hour north of Toronto. Whether you're gathering with family, escaping with close friends, or seeking a quiet couples retreat. The cottage has been created with care and intention to offer you exactly what you need.

The home
The cottage is a fully renovated 3-bedroom bungalow that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. The space is warm, airy, and beautifully styled with a modern bohemian aesthetic - original artwork, considered furnishings, and natural textures throughout. Two separate living areas (each with their own character) give larger groups room to spread out, while a connecting door can be locked to create two private zones - ideal for multigenerational families or groups wanting their own space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quiet morning coffee to a full family meal - appliances, cooking utensils, and a 5-burner gas BBQ with gas tank included.
