The host was attentive and responsive - a Christmas tree was setup for our winter stay and questions upon arrival were answered within minutes! The location was perfect, close to everything including a trail where we could walk the dog. A fenced in backyard was also great for the dog and the views were spectacular from the upstairs deck.

Communication was smooth and friendly. The house was clean and well stocked. Lovely accommodations. Would stay again when coming back to Barrie in the the future.

I booked this property for my husband, brother and his family and myself to stay on the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The decor and atmosphere of the cottage was rustic romantic and perfect for hosting the rehearsal after party with the wedding party, getting the bridal party ready on the day of the wedding, and of course to enjoy being with our family. There was so much room for a family of 5 on one side of the house and my husband and I stayed in what can be described as a honeymoon suite. I highly recommend this cottage for adults.

Clean and comfortable. Can’t get down to the water from backward, only set back.
Renovated nicely and owner is very kind and understanding. Whatever you need, he’s there.
