The hosts were very accommodating and communication was good. The outside of the property is VERY deceiving but once inside it is beautiful and very cozy.

Excellent spacious house with great amenities. The host is very caring and accommodating. The location is 5-minutes drive from supermarkets and cafes. The house also had a bassinet for our baby.Overall, everything was superb, and our Christmas celebration was extra special thanks to Maryam.

We were really impressed with the cottage. Upon arrival the exterior was somewhat deceiving but once you step inside all doubts are gone. The cottage is so much more than we anticipated including all of the amenities. Honestly there is so much to do at this property that you really have no need to leave. We were celebrating a birthday party for a small group of teenagers and they fell in love with the place. They thought they were dreaming…The cottage, backyard and recreation room were clean and well kept. The amount of games available made for such a fun stay. The backyard was so much bigger than we expected too.If you’re looking for a getaway with lots to do for a small group, I would highly recommend utopia!The hosts were easy to get a hold of and we had no issues at all. The location is also a short drive away from anything you may need. I will also mention that beds are extremely comfortable even though they initially felt on the softer side. I typically prefer a firm mattress and never sleep well away from home but their beds were so comfortable that we all woke up very rested. I was pleasantly surprised by this.

Utopia villa is truly a utopia. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in nature. The cottage had everything we needed. It was so nice, we didn’t leave the place for our entire stay. Loved every moment. Maryam and Shahrzad were both very responsive and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Thanks for being such great hosts. Would highly recommend this place.
