Located less than 10 minutes from beautiful beaches on Lake Simcoe, only 15 minutes from downtown Barrie, Friday Harbour Resort, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and with quick access to Highway 400 and the GO Train, our home makes an ideal home base for exploring Simcoe County.
Built over 180 years ago, this beautifully restored farmhouse combines historic character with modern comforts. Original charm meets updated amenities, creating a warm, comfortable space where families and friends naturally gather.
