Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was spotless. It was exactly how you expect in the pictures. We've been to the exact same property before just a different room, and it's still great. The view from the balcony was always beautiful, the pools were clean and kid friendly as well. It's a short walk to the beach, just have to watch out for the big waves and jellyfish on certain times of the year. We didn't experience them last year we were in Gulf shores, but it was a lot of those this year. I also like that there's 24 hr security, so you know you are safe.

Had a great time. Loved the Condo. The only complaint we had was the shower head in the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful.
