*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property. The guest booking the property must be on site for the duration of the booking. Photo Identification is required.

*PARKING: Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking for up 2 vehicles. You will purchase your parking pass(es) at The Guard requires an information sheet be completed and turned in upon check-in. The information sheet will be attached in your arrival details sent by email 7-10 prior to your arrival date Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Very nice room and property. Loved all the pools and boardwalks directly to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Overall the condo was okay. A clean bed and sheets. I think the condo could use some updates. Also more kitchen cleaning supplies that we don’t have to buy. The entire place as a whole could use a lot of work as well. People could also be informed about hotel amenities that DONT work, and where things are located giving that there are two possible three hotels sharing amenities. We had no idea where things were located or if things worked until we had to ask other people around. So a guide would be nice to have in each room. We came back from dinner and had a roach in our condo so that wasn’t the best site to see either. Word of mouth, the place as a whole is going down hill. It needs to be taken care of more.
